Suggested Use

    Great product!

    I have been taking this for nearly two years now. After two miscarriages (following two completely normal healthy pregnancies) I learned that I have the MTHFR mutation. I found Dr. Lynch and his products and thanks to this prenatal I was able to carry our sweet boy to term and complete our family.

    Works best for me

    Have been talking them after giving birth. During pregnancy was taking Optimal Prenatal MF. I’m EBF so taking my health very seriously. I feel like this is the best vitamin complex on the market. Ordered for my mom and sister just because I think it works great for women any age. My blood work and vitamin test results are great even during postpartum period.

    I have chronic health conditions that limits my ability to tolerate many things including multivitamins. I haven’t tolerated a multivitamin until I tried this product, Prenatal Essentials MF.
