60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

At Seeking Health, LLC, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Seeking Health product you purchased from seekinghealth.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Seeking Health 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How to Make a Return or Claim the Guarantee

You can submit a refund request online by logging into your account and clicking "Request a refund" from your account dashboard or from any of your individual orders, or by clicking below. You will need your order number and email address.

Please note that submitting a return request will not cancel your order. For timely assistance with cancellations or any other inquiries, please contact our customer support team via email at customer@seekinghealth.com

Orders Placed via an Authorized Seller

To make a claim under the Guarantee, please contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to return your product to that seller, please contact us at (800) 547-9812 ext. 1 or customer@seekinghealth.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Seeking Health product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Additional Guarantee and Return Policy Terms

Please note that if you purchased your product from an Authorized Seller, you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

You must submit your Guarantee or Return request within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Seeking Health reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee or Return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Seeking Health 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy.

If a refund is provided, a full refund will be made for the purchase price of the product on the original order (less shipping and handling, and any coupons/discounts).

Virtual products including courses, gift cards, memberships and Strategene® are non-refundable, and therefore, excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by an Optimal Support Specialist.

Additional Information on Shipping Products Back to Seeking Health

If you are instructed to return your product to Seeking Health we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to print and use for your return.

Seeking Health® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return packages are received at Seeking Health during normal warehouse operating hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm PST.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately. Provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, names and quantities of the affected items. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.
We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us using a prepaid return postage label.

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we ask that you place a new order for the correct item and submit a RMA request for the item you bought mistakenly.
