Suggested Use

    Loving these prenatals

    I am taking these prior to trying to conceive to optimize my nutrient intake before becoming pregnant again. I take 4 with breakfast and 4 with lunch. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels already. Will definitely continue to take once becoming pregnant and postpartum!

    I couldn’t have survived my first trimester without these! They completely supported a healthy response to my morning sickness—one day without them, and I seemed to experience morning sickness again. I’ve made sure not to miss a dose since. While taking 8 pills a day might seem like a lot, they’ve made me feel so good throughout my entire pregnancy. It’s absolutely worth it! Just note these don’t contain iron, as it can interfere with zinc absorption, so make sure to take an iron supplement later in the day.

    Feel good knowing this one has it all

    This prenatal is highly recommended by my midwife (who’s a wonderful blend of natural + medical insight). I feel good taking it and knowing that it has everything I need. I like that they leave iron out in case you don’t need it. And that all vitamins are in their proper form and not the artificial version that most prenatals have. The pills are a good size and I like that I can break them up into multiple smaller doses throughout the day.
