    A methyl-free form of vitamin B12. Large concentrations are found naturally in the cell's mitochondria, where it plays roles in energy production. This form of B12 also supports healthy methylation processes by indirectly providing cobalamin for the MTR enzyme.†

Suggested Use

Initial use for the first week, take ½ a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow. If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge. Take as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    I love this B-12

    Well my title says it and I mean it!! Before I started taking this supplement my B levels were so low that I was taking B-12 injections that I had to give myself. After my levels came out the gutter I had to find suitable supplements to maintain. These fit the bill and lived up to the hype so well that my doctor told me to not take them everyday but try every other day because my B levels were above where they should be. What can I say except I recommend them of needed but have your levels checked regularly to be sure you're not over or under.
