    Has everything!

    I've looked for a long time for a multi with methylated B vitamins, co-q 10, and other essentials. This is the best I've found. Downsides: Taste isn't great and 8 capsules is FAR too many. I only take half a dose because I can't take more than 4 at a time and I never remember to take more later.
