    We love these!

    I use them to delactose cream and then make lactose-free ice cream. They work great, and are friendlier to folks with IBS or other food intolerances than the pills often are (no fillers or artificial sweeteners). I love that I can use regular cream or half & half in recipes. I've turned at least 3 friends into converts!
