    Another fantastic probiotic blend from the best natural company I've found

    This formula is similar to their ProBiota HistaminX blend, except it's all bifidobacterium strains. (The other formula also includes two lactobacillus/lactiplantibacillus strains.) But both formulas use only strains that do not add or trigger more histamine, thank goodness. I highly recommend either one if you need a well-researched and reliably effective probiotic formula, but especially if you have any issues around histamine and need one you know won't make them any worse. Dealing with histamine issues is tricky enough. Iykyk. I use a combination of their formulas for mine—my ND actually recommended them—and I'm very happy to say they're now managed as a result. Thank goodness.

    I recently switched from Probiota Histaminix to the Bifidoacterium and it seems to be better for my system. Both are excellent products.

    Have problems not reacting to probiotics but I can take this product with no problems. Very clean ingredients.
