    Good product, but a word of caution if you have low blood pressure.

    I've ordered this product and have also ordered magnesium and b6 separately. This product is fine for most people, but if you have a tendency to low blood pressure as I do, sometimes the magnesium and b6 combined seem to lower it too much. I do better if I take them separately, at different meals during the day. I deducted 1 point for that. That said, b6 and magnesium are great supplements for easing stress or glutamate sensitivity.
