Suggested Use

As needed, 30 minutes before breakfast or upon waking, for the first 5 days, mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of filtered water. Sip over 5 minutes. For best results, mix 2 scoops in a liter water bottle, and sip throughout the day. Always use away from food so the ingredients interact directly with your digestive system. For kids age 4 and up, mix a small amount in organic applesauce. Do not use within 3 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Seems to be slowing things down

    Seems to be slowing my digestion down , still is not normal , still loose.. bought three of them was hoping for more .. not sure if I should try it for longer or not .. if it takes longer to turn around .. gut issue left from a dr guided detox zoom, online .. I could not pay anymore at the end .. so battling this in my own .. maybe it just takes longer .. idk… almost done my third container

    Awful flavor

    The new artificial peach flavor is terrible. I have to really hype myself up to drink it every morning. The old non-flavored drink was bearable but this one is pretty bad. I will say I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel, I just really don’t like drinking it.

    I'm glad to hear you are feeling better -that's the goal :)

    Taste is always an issue. We are careful in what we put in for flavors and sweeteners because they can really mess up people's gut health.

    I recommend sipping it in 8-10 oz of filtered water. This way the taste is more diluted. It's better anyhow to do this as you should sip it slowly over time vs chugging it.
