Suggested Use

    This is my favorite product of SH by FAR! I use this EVERYDAY before I workout. If I do not, I definitely do not have the same burst of energy during cardio. I am amazed at how much more I can accomplish with it. Added bonus as my genetic history I am prone to cardiac issues and COQ10 is helpful against that. The flavor is also palatable. Other SH products I don't like the taste of but this I do. However, it still is not amenable to all... something about the sweetener my husband does not like. When he is tired I try to get him to take one and he fights it because he says it bothers his tongue something with the sweetener. I hope SH can improve that.

    A great product.

    I have had the epstein barr virus. I have used these consistently for two months for healthy energy in my body. I listened to a podcast where a medical doctor that works with epstein barr, and cellular health recommended this supplement and it has been tremendous for me
