    No jitters or heart palpitations!

    I can't take any methylated B vitamins, just get too many weird side effects. I love this form because it doesn't cause any issues but it's still very effective. I can split it in half since it's a lozenge. I don't need the full dose every day, I usually do half a lozenge each morning.
