    A methyl-free form of vitamin B12. Large concentrations are found naturally in the cell's mitochondria, where it plays roles in energy production. This form of B12 also supports healthy methylation processes by indirectly providing cobalamin for the MTR enzyme.†

Suggested Use

Initial use for the first week, take ½ a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow. If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge. Take as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Excellent product for those with methylation issues.

    I like that this product has both hydroxoy and adenosyl forms of B12 which each work slightly differently without any methyl B12 which can be problematic for those with methylation issues. Most of my clients with mast cell issues have been able to tolerate this product at some point to get there B12 levels up. The other ingredients can be problematic for some though. Even though I no longer have methyation issues, I still like to use this product to boost my B12 a bit when necessary and like the fast delivery method.

    Very Effective

    This product works quickly to raise low B12 levels in a short amount of time and gives a nice boost of energy when taken in the morning. I like that it's a chewable tablet and it tastes good. I've also noticed better quality sleep when taken with D3-K2.
