My entire life I’ve struggled with high histamine symptoms: nosebleeds, eczema, fast heart rate, EMF sensitivity, difficulty falling asleep, chest tightness, and others. In 2011, I discovered I had the MTHFR compound heterozygous variation which definitely increased my histamine intolerance. Despite supporting my MTHFR and methylation really well, I still struggled. It wasn’t until my team and I developed this report did I finally learn why I am so darn sensitive to things. I discovered that I have multiple SNPs in key areas that no one else talks about. It’s these genes that I really need to clean up: FCER1A, IL4R, IL33, HRH1, STAT6, HLA-DQB1 and many more. Since I have supported these genes with our targeted lifestyle, diet, environment and nutrient recommendations, my histamine intolerance is no longer controlling my life as I’m in control of my genes. I look forward to reviewing each of my family member’s reports so I can support them next. Knowing your genetic vulnerabilities is extremely powerful. It’s not scary. It’s a cheat code. You learn exactly where you need to focus your time and effort. Dr. Ben Lynch
