Suggested Use

As needed, 30 minutes before breakfast or upon waking, for the first 5 days, mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of filtered water. Sip over 5 minutes. For best results, mix 2 scoops in a liter water bottle, and sip throughout the day. Always use away from food so the ingredients interact directly with your digestive system. For kids age 4 and up, mix a small amount in organic applesauce. Do not use within 3 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    I think it is helping me, but would like more instructions for its use. I am a type 1 diabetic and I am pretty sure this is helping my glucose to remain more stable, but need to suspend use for a few days after using for a week. It makes my glucose go too low otherwise. I would love to hear more on this and see if there is a reason or a way to better use it. thank you

    I just happened to see your review. Thank you for writing it.

    I recommend asking your Question on the Gut Nutrients product page specifically and I'll answer it there. I don't read reviews often.

    In short, fiber slows down glucose absorption and there is fiber in Gut Nutrients. The more fiber one eats, the less glucose they may absorb.

    "Soluble fiber forms a gel-like substance in the stomach when mixed with water, which slows down digestion and the absorption of glucose. This slowed digestion and absorption helps prevent rapid spikes in blood glucose after meals."

    I recommend considering how many capsules of Gut Nutrients to use based on how much sugar and carbohydrate is in your meals.

    Ideally, use Gut Nutrients away from food on an empty stomach - I like using it upon waking and before going to bed.

    Seems to be slowing things down

    Seems to be slowing my digestion down , still is not normal , still loose.. bought three of them was hoping for more .. not sure if I should try it for longer or not .. if it takes longer to turn around .. gut issue left from a dr guided detox zoom, online .. I could not pay anymore at the end .. so battling this in my own .. maybe it just takes longer .. idk… almost done my third container
