Single capsule convenience

Single capsule convenience, relatively easy to swallow, no aftertaste, great value for a quality fish oil supplement.~Mike O.

Your joints, circulation, and brain all need omega-3 fatty acids.

These essential fatty acids are found in the highest concentrations in fatty fish oil. Omega-3 fats can be obtained by eating fatty fish or taking fish oil supplements. Types of fish like mackerel, sardines, anchovies, and krill oil are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Without a diet high in fish consumption, getting the proper intake of omega-3 required can be difficult. That’s why many prefer omega-3 fatty acid supplements.

Fish oil supplements can be sourced from plants like flaxseed or fatty fish oils. Plant-based omega-3 supplements contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Unfortunately, this has fewer health benefits than the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements. But how do you find a fish oil supplement that is clean and not full of toxins and heavy metals?

A single softgel of Fish Oil provides nearly one gram of omega-3 fatty acids in natural triglyceride form, sourced from Norwegian cold water fish.

Molecular distillation and unique filtration methods are utilized. These help ensure purity and remove heavy metals, pesticides, PCBs, and other contaminants. This is another benefit of taking fish oil supplements over regularly eating fish.

Fish Oil is 3rd party tested for impeccable purity, cleanliness, and stability standards.

Fish Oil includes eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These important omega-3 fatty acids have many health benefits:

  • Helps support healthy memory function, cognitive/mental health, and eye health
  • Helps support normal inflammatory responses
  • Helps support healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels
  • Helps support heart health and cardiovascular health
  • Helps support normal healthy blood clotting

In addition to supporting heart health, omega-3 fatty acids support healthy joint function and a normal body weight.

The benefits of omega-3 to our brain, heart, and joints are vast. Ensuring the proper essential fatty acids and type of omega-3 fatty acids is important. Try Fish Oil today to better support your body’s needs.

Fish oil is one of those foundational supplements.

I take Fish Oil nearly every night after dinner, along with my ProBiota HistaminX.

Do not buy fish oil in liquid form. The oxygen inside the bottle immediately damages it, causing the fats to become rancid. Rancid fish oil is harmful, not helpful.

If you have a young kid or cannot swallow the soft gels, go ahead and pop one of the soft gels of Fish Oil. Put it on a bite of food or onto a spoon. The lemon oil and lipase already help a lot with the taste, so you may not need anything else to make it easy to take by mouth. If you have a picky eater, add a drop or two of maple syrup or honey with the Fish Oil before giving it.

Some nights, I just bite the Fish Oil softgel before I swallow it to coat my mouth with the beneficial EPA and DHA oils. Then I swallow it. It’s not fishy at all. I then chew the softgel like a piece of gum until it’s gone. After all, the softgel is simply made of gelatin.

Quality fish oil should not taste fishy - and this one does not.

Fish oil burps happen because you cannot absorb the fat very well. The added lipase enzyme makes it easy for your body to absorb the beneficial fatty EPA and DHA oils.

    Fish oil

I really trust Seeking Health supplements. I have been taking them for years. Have tried other fish oil and they can have a bad aftertaste. Not these! Love them.

    Thumbs up

Though I consume a mostly carnivore diet, I don't eat as much seafood as I would like, due to a histamine issue. (I'd otherwise eat a can of sardines every day.) I feel good about incorporating this omega-3 fatty acid into my diet with its balanced EPA/DHA ratio. Capsules aren't too huge and no fish burps!
