    Organizing my brain

    Healing from a long illness while traditional doctors gaslight you can take a huge toll on you mentally. I've given Lithium Orotate a try. So far what I noticed was a positive impact, keeping my thoughts organized and calm, and that has allowed me to relax during tougher moments. This one fascinates me, and I've done a lot of research.
