    The taste is unpleasant

    The taste is unpleasant and I find it being a deterrent as far as staying consistent. I have capsules from another brand that I take on the days I am resistant to taking this.

    I wanted to like this….

    ….but I had a really strange reaction to it. I followed the directions on the packaging and thought nothing of it, as I have never had a negative reaction to any seeking health product. Within a few minutes of taking it I started getting hot, flushed, and started shaking. The shaking got worse. It was quite scary. I sat down and decided to try to eat something because I took it on an empty stomach. Within a few minutes of eating, much to my relief, I started to feel a normal temperature and the shaking subsided. I am assuming the bad reaction was from taking it with no food, but after that experience I was too afraid to try it again. Sadly, I had to throw it out.

    Using Liposomal Vitamin C Plus
