Suggested Use

    Energy!

    I’ve been using this prenatal while pregnant and now breastfeeding (18 months) and it has helped me survive. I feel calm, energetic and healthy. If I miss a week, I feel it. It works well as a play toy for my toddler now too :)

    Excited to be taking this as preparation for pregnancy!

    I heard about this prenatal from Lily Nichols book, "Real Food for Fertility" and was SO excited to find an option that I felt I could trust, especially as I move towards trying to have kids!
